Sustainability Consulting

We offer consultant services for owners already engaged in a project with their contractor or architect, and for contractors and architects who are interested in 'greening' their practices. We can help you identify what sustainability means to you and highlight the most effective strategies to achieve your goals.

We also provide long-range planning services for institutional and residential projects. We work with clients to identify core values and help to establish the direction for current and future development.

For homeowners, home buyers and real estate agents

Before you buy a house or land, call us. We'll visit to help you judge whether or not the house and land fits your needs. We evaluate a house for its remodel potential, and land for its suitability to your project goals. Some criteria include the project's complexity, budget, zoning, or other constraints. We also look for hidden opportunities. We can discuss the potential for sustainable design and construction practices in your plans.
